Who can advertise on our Upcoming Event boards?

• The Community Upcoming Event Signboards are available for organisations and community groups to advertise their upcoming events. 
• Ideally your event will be within North Canterbury, however bookings will be approved on a case by case basis, including those from outside of North canterbury.​
• Your sign can be displayed for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Sign Specifications
All signs to be displayed on the upcoming event sign boards require the following specification:

​4 signs total, each measuring 1800mm wide x 1200mm deep. 

• 'What, When, Where'  
• A proof must be provided for approval to Rangiora Promotions in advance of printing your signs.

Booking your space

• A booking MUST be made to hire the signboards. 
• The booking forms can be found at the bottom of this page.
• Bookings can be made as far in advance as you like - however CONFIRMATION of booking will only be made 2 months prior to your start date.  This is to allow fair booking opportunities for all.
• Confirmation of booking is at the decision of the Rangiora Promotions board.

Rules and requirements.

• Once your booking is confirmed, Rangiora Promotions will advise and an invoice sent.
• ​Signs can be erected after 12noon on the first date of your booking.

• ​Signs must be removed by 12noon the day after the last day of your event.

Pricing

• Pricing is for total weekly cost (gst incl) of advertising on all four (4) Community Signboards, with a sign on one side of each board only.
• Rangiora Promotions Members

         Not For Profits $28.75
         Commercial $172.50

• Non Members

          Not For Profits $86.25
          Commercial $172.50


Please note that additional weekly charges may be incurred if signs are not taken down on time.
