Rangiora Promotions, formerly Our Town Rangiora, was established in 1996 and is run by a volunteer Management Board of local people. Together we are focused on promoting and developing Rangiora as an attractive and thriving community offering a desirable lifestyle.
Rapid growth in residents post-earthquake has seen increased activity in our town. While facing the challenge of rebuilding and reinvigorating High Street, Rangiora Promotions aims to work with all areas in Rangiora to help promote economic growth.
Our objective is to keep Rangiora prosperous, accessible and vibrant with a strong sense of community, while recognising the history and unique heritage characteristics of our town.
Thank you to the Waimakariri District Council who provide us with an annual Capacity Funding Grant to support our operations. Additional funding is sourced through sponsorship and grants throughout the year.
